Advantages of Clamps
Safety
Safety is improved as the forklift operator can pick up a large bale load directly, even if it is tightly compacted, meaning that the operator/employee does not need to manually manoeuvre a potentially large and heavy load into a position beforehand so that the clamp can hold the load. In some storage situations, bales can be stacked from floor to ceiling and the clamp eliminates the possibility of employees having to climb onto the bales as they May be struck or dropped.
Increasing efficiency
Forklifts with clamps allow lifting and transporting operations to be completed in one go, increasing efficiency. There is no need for auxiliary vehicles or handling in the process as the forklift can pick up, transport, and safely lower the bale load in one go, reducing the time required to move each load and thus increasing efficiency and productivity.

Features of Clamps
Dual functionality
When the clamp arms are raised upright at 90°, the attachment can be used as a cargo fork without any additional disassembly, improving work efficiency and reducing operational costs.
Robust construction
Built with a solid t-beam arm and a high-strength aluminum frame for maximum stability and long-term durability.
Enhanced longevity
Equipped with superior arm-slide bearings that ensure smooth operation and extend service life.
Durable and reliable
Features heavy-duty contact pads for secure, reliable clamping and minimal wear on materials.
Types of Clamps
Hydraulic bale clamps
Hydraulic bale clamps rely on hydraulic power. It is usually the hydraulic system of a fork or a stuff-loaded lift truck to grab or squeeze sheets of stuff like paper, cardboard, and some plastics.
Rotating bale clamps
The rotating bale clamps – Also called rotary bale clamps or rotating clamp pads – are attachments for material handling machines to lift and handle bales of materials such as paper, cardboard, and plastics that are put in a bundle.
Manual bale clamps
Manual bale clamps depend on a man's hands to fix operational limits and support loads such as paper and include hydraulic levers and mechanical grips. Because of the manual operation of the hands through a lever or a pedal, they are mainly used on small equipment or in limited areas where complex machinery cannot enter.
Vertical bale clamps
Vertical bale clamps emphasize the importance of lifting and putting down objects by employing vertical orientation. They are mostly used on forklifts and are ideal for lifting loads without needing extra space above the load.
Single-sided bale clamps
Single-sided bale clamps are like one of the two clamp arms of the dual grips has a pad and are used on one side of the bale only. This arrangement makes them more suitable for thin and not very bulky materials like papers to be used.
Application of Clamps
Paper and pulp industry
The pressed and tied quantities of material in the paper and pulp industry are called bales. Bale clamps make it easy to move these bulky materials and the finished recyclable materials that come out of the paper-making process.
Recycling facilities
Recycling facilities handle a wide range of materials that are usually sorted and packaged into bales. For this, they use clamps to handle these bales during the storage, shipping, and sometimes even further processing.
Warehouses and distribution centers
Warehouse and distribution centers' activities largely involve handling various products in bale forms, and they use bale clamps in forklifts. Be it paper products, industrial materials, or packaged goods, bale clamps facilitate effective and safe handling of such loads.
Manufacturing plants
Bales are common in many manufacturing applications, especially where raw materials such as textiles, metals, and plastics are involved. For lifting and shifting these bales from one production line to another or from a warehouse to a manufacturing plant, bale clamps are utilized.
Agricultural settings
In agriculture, particularly in the production of hay and silage, bales are formed, and bale clamps come as helpful tools in their transportation and handling. They enable farmers to efficiently manage these large loads to deliver them safely to storage locations or to transport them to clients by using tractor forks or inside a pickup truck.
